The Preserve at Etowah Amenities Overview

	Pool and Poolhouse The pool and poolhouse are gated and available for resident use only. Be advised there is no lifeguard on duty. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Rubber pants must be worn by all children wearing swim diapers. Guest must be accompanied by a resident at all times. Proper swim attire must be worn in the pool. The poolhouse has a covered patio area with two tables. No glass is allowed within the pool or gated area for safety reasons. Please be courteous of your neighbors. No smoking or vaping is allowed. Alcohol is permitted, but rude or obscene behavior will not be permitted. Please remember to set a good example for the children of our community!
	Community Pond Take a moment to relax and unwind at the beautiful community pond. There is a covered park bench available for use if you need a moment out of the hot Georgia sun, or if you just want to sit a while and soak in the view of our pristine pond with water fountain. Please take all trash back with you and help keep our community beautiful!
	Tennis Courts There are two Tennis courts available for resident use located by the Clubhouse. Proper attire and footwear must be worn on the courts at all times. No food or drink on the courts. There is an adjacent covered picnic table for water/snack breaks. Please utilize this area and help keep our courts in great condition for everyone to enjoy!
	Playground The little ones have a playground available for play adjacent to the other amenities at the Preserve at Etowah so parents can keep a close watch while still taking time to enjoy a round of Tennis or shoot some Basketball in the parking lot. Please keep an eye on your children at all times.
